Short and Sweet

Not just the post, but also the subject.

Last night I utilized some left over bread, mixed it in with some of my leftover Scotch ganache from truffle rolling (anyone that has rolled truffles knows the tediousness, yeah, I gave up early), Made some Scotch caramel, and mixed together eggs and cream to devise a master work in a tiny package. I intended to just take a bite, but ended up devouring it and chasing it with a hefty glass of milk. So rich! They may be kind of ugly, but my Scotch caramel and ganache bread puddings will make your heart and taste buds rejoice.
